Re: Adept Windows PC and Win 7

I'm not trying to connect adept windows anymore. In new ACE releases, I run a terminal from within ACE, so there is no need to use the standalone application.

Thanks

Re: Teaching pallet offsets in 3.6.3.250

I taught the processes and then copied the data record in te pallet to the processes offsets. It seems to be working.
Next saturday will test with some production (hundres of cookies coming to be picked and placed).

Re: Adept Windows PC and Win 7

You are right. The driver for the ethernet networks ports of the smartvision PC is Basler (at least in one of the PCs that still XP). I have to upgarde and downgrade ACE for some tests and Basler software has to be remove/unisntall. Every time I do that (I'm conecting through VNC) the connection is ...

Re: Teaching pallet offsets in 3.6.3.250

Hello Robin, thanks for stopping by. I guess that can be a patch. I was doing both ways. One with only one pallet to have the rest of the teaching data, and one with one pallet for each robot so I can have the X, Y, Z data of each robot. Maybe it is not necessary to do it that way, just in case. Wil...

Re: Adept Windows PC and Win 7

Not all boards have the option for setting link speed and duplexing mode.
There is a mixture of Windows XP and Windows 7 PCs in the same system (PackXpert and remote vision servers).
So I cannot set them all fixed.

Thanks

Hello we have 9 robots in a line (one after the other) picking cookies and placing them in one conveyor (trays). So the target has a pallet. One pallet for all the 9 robots. The robots are 4 Cobras and 5 Quattros. All connected to Smartcontrollers CX with V+ 172.C3, one PackXpert main PC in 3.6.3.25...

Adept Windows PC and Win 7

Hi everyone We used to have Windows XP Smartvision EX as PackXpert main PC. New Smartivision PCs came with Windows 7 and all software preinstalled. The missing software is Adept Windows PC, but we still need to use it for checking and calibrating Cobras. I tried installing awin31 on new Smartvision ...
