Check execution auto.v2

Postby Joerg.Vogel » Thu Feb 06, 2014 2:52 am

Hello,

I want to check which commands are executed in the autostart file auto.v2. So far I have set an external output signal. I can change the code line in the program. But sometimes the signal is set and other times not. But I do not know which command stops executing the program and what happening exactly.

Is there a way to look in a log-file or create such file?

What software are you using to connect with? Adept Desktop, Adept ACE, something else?

You could add a break point, F9, to the beginning of the auto program and then manually execute it from the monitor window using COM AUTO. When the program reaches your breakpoint you can then single step through the code to debug what's happening with F10, step over, and F11, step in.
