The Preferred Partner Program is Adept’s investment into these relationships to ensure mutual benefit and advancement. In strengthening these partnerships, we deliver superior returns for our client’s investment.

Program Strategy
Integration and distribution relationships have been at the core of Adept’s success from the company’s inception. To realize a maximized benefit, it is imperative to foster a level of communication that facilitates trust and open dialog. Adept’s objective is to empower our partners through education on our product capabilities and best practices associated with their deployment. The program seeks to achieve improved profitability for all parties. This includes Adept, our partners and ultimately the end-user of the equipment. By offering products which command value in the market place and working with partners who maintain extensive knowledge of system integration, applications and processes we strive to maximize the profitability of our customers.

The Preferred Partner Program is committed to operating under the following philosophies:

Program Tiers
To provide consistency, the Preferred Partner Program is segmented into three tiers. The Silver tier is the entry point for our partnership program and is where most companies begin their relationship with Adept. The Platinum tier is the highest level and is represented by partners with exceptionally strong capabilities in integration, selling and execution. In keeping with a clearly defined program, the tiers are segmented in accordance with business volume. Agreements do exist for higher volume users, typically OEMs, which are outside the construct of this program.
