Adept MV Controller Maintenance
This course covers basic troubleshooting and repair topics for the Adept MV series of controllers. Students will learn to isolate problems with the Adept MV controller and make quick repairs so that down time is minimized. Students will learn how to move the robot using the Manual Control Pendant, system startup procedures, digital I/O, and system troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience is stressed, including controller printed circuit board swaps, DC power supply adjustment, and controller troubleshooting techniques. This course is intended for maintenance personnel who will be responsible for maintenance and repair of the Adept MV control system. (For systems with an AWC board, attend one of the AWC maintenance courses.)

This course is taught using Adept robots and Adept MV controllers with V+ version 12.1. The majority of the material will be of value to clients using any Adept MV controller.
