Can you export images from the actual Basler camera device?
Create an emulation device (without creating a new virtual camera) then take pictures with your actual camera and select the source from the emulation device

Now select the virtual camera that's taking images of your anyfeeder surface.

Repeat this process a few times to gather different images with parts in different orientations.

When you have several images stored in the emulation device you can export them. Select all the images you want to export by holding the CTRL key while clicking on the images with your mouse then click the export button.

I was able to distinguish right-side up from up-side down just by using a Locator Tool and modifying the scale factor (.95 to 1.05) and minimum model percentage (75) properties. Try this as a starting point.
