First workpiece is never picked

I develop an application with a cobra s600 and a controler CX, the robot pick the différents workpièce in tracking.

I notice that: the first workpiece is always detected by the camera but the robot never pick it .... After that the others workpieces are picked by the robot.
The différents sequences have a delay of 500ms, reducing this delay may solve my problem ?

If anyone have the solution...
