Dear Sir,

We are facing attached error message during robot to vision calibration . Kindly provide the reason behind the error and solution .

Is is advisable to change the camera properties for some requirment after doing calibration ?

I assume that during the calibration interview when you were asked
6) The robot tool is
you chose
- not perfectly centered on the robot tool flange (with an offset).

To calculate the tool offset the robot tool must be turned 360° in steps during the calibration process.

The automated calibration process does this automatically but if you move the robot by hand (manual control pendant) you have to make sure that the 360° are covered. There should be a button "Adjust Roll". By clicking on this the wizard will automatically turn the tool by the degrees it needs.

Quote from the AdeptSight Calibration Wizards manual
Use 'Adjust Roll" (when available) to automatically adjust the rotation of the robot. The wizard will automatically calculate a new orientation to ensure that a full 360 degree range is covered by all the set of calibration points.
